Lovin' the 80s
“I’ve got love for you if you were born in the 80s”… well, at least Calvin Harris does. For those of us born a little earlier than the 80’s, along with fond memories of colour blocking, glitter, shoulder pads and films such as Teen Wolf and Dirty Dancing, there’s a certain realization that, for all the trash talk on the 80’s, musicians from this decade really did produce some timeless classics.
On initial call out for 80’s standout hits here in the office, the roll call includes Madonna’s ‘Like a Virgin’, Prince’s ‘When Doves Cry’ and Michael Jackson’s ‘Billie Jean’…
